Body Bumper Soft 1kg is a product intended for direct application to plastic bumpers, except polyethylene (PE). It provides excellent adhesion and resistance to cracking and warping. Application is done with the addition of a catalyst, after cleaning and sanding the surface. Drying takes 30-45 minutes at 23°C. Body Bumper Soft 1kg is a specialized product designed for direct application to plastic bumpers, except polyethylene (PE). This material provides excellent adhesion, offering a high degree of resistance to cracking and warping of the substrate, making it ideal for repairing and restoring bumpers. For optimal results, the surface to be applied must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased using 770 ANTISIL (normal) or 771 ANTISIL (fast-drying), and then sanded with Scotch-Brite. Body Bumper Soft is applied with a spatula after adding 2-3% catalyst. Due to the special types of resins it contains, the drying time is extended and lasts between 30 and 45 minutes at 23°C. After drying, the surface is sanded with sandpaper of various grits (P150, P220, P320) to achieve the desired finish. This product is extremely effective for restoring plastic bumpers, giving them a long-lasting and professional appearance.
